Workflow and action steps are configured to industry best practices as well as your policy, automated PODs are based on your rules.  We seamlessly interface with shipper systems and append PODs to the accounts receivable workflow.  We automatically transmit PODs and invoice copies to the customer with a request for payment. If you use Carixa Pay, we also send a payment link to the customer.

If you are a Carixa user, Carixa Retriever™ can identify skipped invoices before they are past due. It can download debit memos for shortages or other deductions before they have been deducted, and then trigger the automated POD, collection action, or deduction resolution workflow.
