This key position ensures successful client retention and onboarding for new clients while leading and growing a team of solutions, implementations, and support specialists. This position will also closely interact with product and engineering teams responsible for platform development.

Analysts are responsible for investigating, resolving, and collecting customer claims and deductions for the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries and delinquent invoice receivables. Claims and deductions include trade promotion allowances, returns reconciliation, pricing errors, logistics, OS&D, and vendor violations.
Analysts will use our state-of-the-art Carixa software and workflow tools to manage a portfolio of these receivables. The software is highly automated, prompting priorities, followups, and subsequent actions, and most payables communications are electronic through the system. In addition, Carixa automates the routine, repetitive functions, so the positions will primarily focus on the important exceptions that require customer (the debtor) communications.
