Our Mission and History

Our mission is to help our clients optimize financial results from managing credit, cash application, collection, trade promotion, and deductions using advanced, intelligent automation and streamlined processes. We were owned by and our history is interwoven with Creditek, founded by our Chairman as the dominant force in A/R management until its sale to a multi-national, and later with Credit2B, transformational technology for credit decisions divested in 2018.  The experience and subject matter know-how refined by our management team through hundreds of client engagements in credit, accounts receivable, collections, and billions of dollars in deduction management, has been applied to the next advance, Carixa Cloud Suite, designed and informed by our team's profound industry experience.

  • We have 100% USA operations, software development, cloud hosting, and client services.
  • We are subject matter experts deeply committed to excellence in order-to-cash and accounts receivable.
  • Our Carixa Cloud Suite is modular, advanced order-to-cash automation for large to mid-market companies.
  • We innovate and customize to solve client needs.
  • We are easy to deal with ...and if we promise, we deliver.

Our aim is to accelerate cash flow and profits with technology and expert services for each client while eliminating low-value paper-shuffling with workflow automation. Please contact our executive team for a brief feasibility discussion.
