Frank Buck has joined Carixa as Director of Product and will be responsible for coordinating Carixa’s development, and systems design, in order to deliver powerful solutions that meet market needs.

The Carixa Cloud Suite delivers powerful automation for accounts receivable processes, a capability often referred to as either “Order-to-Cash”, or “Invoice-to-Cash”. Carixa represents smart automation for accounts receivable management at mid and large enterprise businesses, encompassing auto-cash application, automated deduction management, collection dunning, trade promotion validation, and corporate credit control.

Carixa offers a flexible and powerful platform defined by a client’s business policies, strategies, rules, and workflows, driving better collaboration between suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and shippers. A significant Carixa differentiator is the functional practitioners with deep experience and industry knowledge that bring these solutions to market. Carixa is also unique because it delivers the option of a tactical service support solution to manage backlog, or peaks in claims and deductions, leveraging trained specialists from its affiliate Smyyth to ensure better recovery rates.

Frank brings significant product management expertise in invoice-to-cash software. Previously, he served in senior product management roles with Avalara, a tax compliance software company, Billtrust, an invoice-to-payments company, and Sungard Availability Services. He began his career in FedEx Ground operations management, and project management with Amazon’s U.S. northeast distribution. Frank has a B.A. Sociology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
